Most resume services focus on either:

1.) A basic design with high quality keywords to ensure your resume gets through the recruiting software barriers.

Both strategies have pros and cons. In our experience, the cons outweigh the pros in both instances, because you're setting yourself up for either: less employers seeing your resume, or having plenty of employers seeing your resume, but yours looks like everyone else's.

How We Approach The Process:

We design your resume with design in mind, while using every possible keyword to also ensure your resume makes it through the recruiting filter. We use a 27-point checklist to ensure there is no possible way your resume won't get through the filter. 

First we examine every keyword required in your job field. These words must be in the resume. Then we design your resume so it looks amazing, which makes you stand out. **But after all this is said and done, we create a basic text-file resume that we pack with keywords. You will submit this alongside your resume. It's incredibly simple, and we show you exactly how to do it. 

We performed a case study throughout 2020, and the results were incredible. We had our competitors (unbeknownst to them) create a resume with the same information we used. Every client of ours is given the platinum experience. Regardless of your order, we offer a free resume review. We'll talk 1-on-1 over the phone, going over your resume to see if there are any improvements we can make.

If you decide to work with us, you'll send us at least 1 job listing you're going to apply for. This allows us to cater your resume to that exact job/industry. It also allows us to ensure every keyword you might need is in your resume.

We'll then build your resume with an amazing/slick design. We'll send you a rough copy. You will then have up to 2 rounds of revisions (at no additional charge).

Once your resume is finalized, we'll send you the editable Microsoft Word file (.docx). You'll also get a "bare-bones" text file, that you will use to paste into your job applications. (watch a video here on how to do this). We will also send your resume in PDF format, which is what you will upload to the job listing.

We're in the business of providing value, not just a service.

Most companies will sell you on a service package, regardless of your needs. They'll upsell you on a "LinkedIn Profile", a "Professional Statement" (for your social profiles), "Thank You Letters", etc.

There are certainly instances where these may be needed, but we don't blindly market them to everyone.

We find this a little backwards, because not everyone needs the entire package. We feel our customers are much more comfortable when they're not constantly being upsold on other services.
