What a Question…
Today there are so may tips and tricks to make your resume the best, right? You need 500 words exactly; you need 1 page, 2 pages, references, no references…. You need this or that, blah, blah, blah… Why does it have to be so complicated?
Who knows so much about resumes, that they can tell you exactly what to do for every little situation? Maybe only god himself could decipher the cryptic labyrinth that is the internet, and all the tips inside lol..
Then we asked:
How we made this as simple as possible?
Aside from running one of the largest recruiting firms in Baltimore, MD, our team has a collective experience of 20+ years in sales.
Anyone who’s been in sales knows about ‘Law of Averages.” If you get your resume in front of enough people, you’ll get an interview; no matter what! So that part is easy, just apply for a bunch of jobs, right? While that’s an easy enough approach, every corporate job has a whopping 250+ applicants per job posting…
Imagine you apply for 40+ jobs without getting a single interview… What’s a job seeker to do? Well, for starters you have to get noticed.
That’s when we Created a Resume!
When we started creating our resumes, we knew we needed color. 99.9% of resumes are all black and white. Imagine you’re a recruiter and you’re looking at 50+ resumes a day, and they’re all black and white… Exactly! So we couldn’t be part of that world.
Then our resumes were born, sort of. They’re simple, have color, and are up to 360% more likely to get an interview than a regular black and white resume.

We stuck to a few very simple rules, but kept beautiful formatting while having features that would pop out to recruiters/employers. Once we designed a few basic resumes, we tested them against other resumes. The worst result we had was a resume that was 260% more likely to get an interview vs. a professional made resume (which we paid $99). The resume’s we created are the same price, and are 260-360% more effective at getting interviews.
